You may return or exchange non-personalized, unworn, and unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email us at sales@quirkynurses.co.za with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return.
🚫 Personalized & Branded Items
Because our branded and personalized items are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for different sizes, colours, or designs.
Please make sure you confirm your sizing, spelling, and personalization details before placing your order.
We recommend checking our size guide or reaching out if you’re unsure — we’re always happy to help you get the perfect fit! 💬
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll sort it out right away.
